根据房地产数据分析公司Propequiity的一份报告,印度前9个城市的住房销售幅度急剧放缓,近四年来,印度前9个城市的住房销售低于2025年第2季度(4月至6月)。
销售额同比下降19%至94,864辆,而新供应量在同一时期下跌30%至82,027辆。孟买和塔那(Mumbai)和塔那(Thane)领先,销售量下降了34%,而德里NCR和钦奈(Chennai)则以中等上涨的趋势逆转了这一趋势。
报告称,在2024年4月至6月期间,住房销售额为1,16,432辆,供应量为1,17,208个单位。
同样,在9个城市中有6个城市中的6个城市中的住房供应率下降了,最急剧下降的幅度为61%,而三个城市的供应量增加,即德里NCR的37%,海得拉巴(Hyderabad)为19%,钦奈(Chennai)为2025年4月至六月的6%。

Samir Jasuja, Founder and CEO, PropEquity said, “This is for the first time since Q3 2021 (July-September) that housing sales have fallen below 1 lakh unit mark. Supply, too, has stayed below 1 lakh unit mark for the fourth consecutive quarter. There has been a decline in both sales and supply on QoQ basis in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Navi Mumbai as these cities recorded their high in 2023年和2024年,现在稳定在正常的速度上。”
