Oberoi Realty Consortium获得了91.9亿卢比的分辨率计划的酒店意向书

房地产公司Oberoi Realty宣布,Hotel Horizon Private Limited(HHPL)的债权人委员会(COC)批准了由Oberoi Realty,Shree Naman Developers和JM Financial Properties and Holdings和JM财务房地产的财团提交的解决方案计划。

该批准于7月14日授予,决议专业人士已发出意向书(LOI),证实了该财团为成功的解决方案申请人。

该公司在监管文件中表示,该决议计划涉及总付款91.9亿卢比,以及任何其他法定付款,以全额和最终的未付索赔和未付公司破产解决过程(CIRP)费用的全面和最终解决。补充说,该付款应在NCLT孟买长凳批准之日起45天内进行。

“The resolution plan provides for payment of an amount of Rs 919 Crore (and any additional amounts which may become payable to be in compliance with applicable laws) to various creditors in full and final settlement of their outstanding claim against HHPL (including the unpaid CIRP costs) on the Payment Date (being a date not later than 45 days from the date on which the resolution plan is approved by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)),” Oberoi Realty 说。

HHPL持有约7500平方米的土地,可俯瞰阿拉伯海,位于孟买的Juhu。收购将直接由财团或要形成的特殊目的工具(SPV)执行。

Oberoi Realty说,根据决议计划,该财团或SPV将订阅HHPL的100万卢比的新鲜股份,以100%的HHPL所有权。
